The loss of export markets is ON THEIR HEADS (read: short-sighted industry lobbyists, and corrupted politicians).

The writing has been on the wall for years.

Note: (quoted in the article) they make no pretense of claiming that our lackadasical testing program is 'for the public health'... despite what the talking heads are mouthing on the news shows.
