What IS in the constitution is the power of Congress to EXCLUDE measures from consideration by the Court. It's an extreme measure, seldom, if ever, used. But since we have a Court that has: 1) Invented a right to murder children. 2) Made sodomy a sacrament. 3) Made anti-white racism a requirement. 4) And, of course, suppressed the right of citizens to establish term limits for federal offices in their states. NOT TO MENTION shredding the 1st Amendment at the behest of Mad Cow McCain... Perhaps it's time to recognize that not only do we have a modern House of Lords (only far worse), but that taking power BACK from these tyrants is within our grasp, and only requires (here's that WORD again) diligence. The mumblings of the USSC are NOT the "law of the land", and the USSC is NOT infallible. The anti-American left has defended them because they are the only dictatorship available, and the left NEEDS coercive force. With the long-overdue PURGE of the anti-American left having finally arrived, the courts will be bent back in a more reasonable direction also. So much for the Leninist's "law of the land" propaganda. Stay tuned...
