>>why is SNDK included with Toshiba?<<

L--SNDK and Toshiba share the production from their joint FlashVision factory on a 50-50 basis. Evidently SanDisk needs more chips to meet worldwide demand, so it buys the extra amounts from Samsung. The production from the Yokaichi factory is always split 50-50 between Toshiba and SanDisk, regardless of who needs the chips.

If Samsung is a supplier to SNDK why is SNDK included with Toshiba?

Yes you are right. I should have said SanDisk is included in both Samsung's and Toshiba's market share.
