<I plan to be a big seller on new year's eve in non taxable accounts.>

When something I own takes off like this I try not to over think it to much, set a stop in a logical place and let the market take me out if it wants to. I've stood there and watched stocks I've dumped keep right on going without me trying to call the top. That said I agree with you Jim very over bought here although I don't see a lot to slow it down between here and $10.

I agree with you that some selling is being held back until the first of next year. However I am a couple baby steps ahead of you in that I have been selling into the strength for the last couple days. Hope to see a little more upside next week as I plan on continued selling. By next week, non tax accounts will be at least 50% cash on balance. In fact I went short DNA today at $94.56 , and may short the over all market next week. I know what the DNA chart looks like but what the heck, IMHO it is so overvalued I had to take a shot. Hope you are right about the miners as they are the only sector that remains intact and this includes the Canadian base metal stocks. Now if the plan comes together.
Good luck!

Nice move in PAL today on good volume. If she can take out the recent highs around $7.80 it should really move.

Weekly palladium chart looking like it wants to bottom also.

Looks as if some profit taking started in OMNI today.
