What will be the final cost? To date, 474 US troops have died and we have spent about $160 Billion.

In a 1997 report entitled, "Chinese Military Commerce and U.S. National Security," the RAND Center for Asia Pacific Policy reported that CITIC acts as a "shell" or front operation on behalf of China's Peoples' Liberation Army

See, I was right, so far as I am concerned ANY POLITICIAN or govt. adviser that participates in the transfer of this technology to China is JUST AS GUILTY as the ROSENBERGS were of TREASON. I see its RAMPANT in the Clinton Administration as well. I hope that Bush gets involved and FIRES ALL INVOLVED and if possible bring charges against them. This is OUTRAGEOUS and a VERY LARGE DANGER to the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and its ALLIES. jdn
