I'd be greatly suprised if we don't end up with a massive, permanent base in Iraq, There will be three. The first is being made into a permanent military garrison at the Baghdad International Airport. A second will be constructed near the Iraq-Syria border and a third will be strategically positioned on top of the southern Iraqi oilfields in order to threaten Iran. Construction in the western desert is already moving apace. In addition to a major offensive staging area, concentration camps are also being developed by our friendly volks at Halliburton.
