I would concur.. Which is probably pretty important right now to stiffening the backs of reluctant "allies" like the Saudis (self-interested and corrupt as they are).

They know they don't stand much of a chance of changing his mind, nor of fending off their own internal difficulties, without Bush's assistance.

And for that assistance, a price must be paid by the Saudi Royals..
