We have been traveling and eating so I haven't done any cooking. Going to fix that today though. My oldest daughter turned 21 on Christmas Eve and never gets a special day because of that. In fact her day was a disaster with her 1yo German Shorthair getting hit by a car and killed. So I will make up for that today. Tossed spinach salad with a strawberry vinaigrette Boneless Ribeye Roast with a horseradish and cracked pepper rub slow cooked on the grill with hickory smoke Mashed garlic potatoes with Parsnips Heavenly light biscuits (somewhat like a baking soda biscuit) And a 3 tiered double chocolate cake with chocolate malt frosting. Made the biscuits and cake yesterday and am now going on the potato pealing, etc. Going to be great I hope:)
