Picture this Kumar, you have a 20,000 acre ranch in western Canada and a cow gets sick and dies in a coulee. There are no monitoring cameras which trigger vets to dash out in ambulances to do tests. A dead carcass is picked clean by coyotes, ravens and eagles within 24 hours.

I'm more comfortable eating beef raised in non-crowded grazing areas. In the more crowded areas such as Washington and California I think many will be in for a bit of a shock how many cows are actually infected.
