Good news: Had a good spin yesterday (80 miles). Machines running great. 27 deg F 18" of snow with a good base. Awaiting groomers from the trail plan to get going.
Bad News: Leaving for Fla. for 6 weeks in a few days. :o(
Good news: Returning mid-Feb to chew it up during prime time for 6 following weeks. :o)
Hope your Jan. is great running on and off snow.

XCR, they had snow this morn in Vegas, and Sunday & Monday it was so warm here me and some fellow nuts put some C Scows in the water (Lake Geneva) and had a real time of it due to no ice, warm temps (in the afternoon) and big 20+ knot winds....
We had our own regatta.
Normally this time of year you can drive a car on the ice!
Of course we also had on dry suits, just in case..
