The gross overvaluation of the dollar caused the Clinton/Rubin economic disaster of 2000-2002. While it made the Goldman Sachs bond whores happy, it's important to remember that they are not, by any means, on America's side. They contributed Rubin and Jon Corzine to the Clinton crises. The damage done by those two could not be reversed overnight. George Bush has, however, made tremendous progress rectifying the mess, and continued diligence by the public will allow us to put the Clinton/Rubin economic car-bombing behind us...
