I agree with you that Libya has devolved into a minor league player. It shows that the Arab leaders have misused their power and wealth by concentrating on Israel instead of their own people. Ghadaffi Duck could care less about Israel and its weapons. He wants money and trade. It's all ego and realizes that he has become marginalized. He wants to leave a legacy. He's getting smart in his old age. You and your buddies Arafart and Hamass should learn and I think the process is happening.
