You haven't been keeping up w. current events of the past year. Bush's battle cry has been "get OBL dead or alive", even while his actions have been "kill Iraqis and topple Hussein". In the SOTU he said a bunch of enemy suspects were tracked and "won't be a problem anymore", meaning assassinated, often by remote control, not captured for trial or tribunal, to find out what they're up to. The message from CIC has been essentially, "kill 'em all and let God sort 'em out", not "let's get them alive if possible and hold them for trial where we can show the world we're on the right path, exposing the terrorist networks". I take it iyo, Dean (surrounded by his handlers who must be those "experienced individuals" you mentioned) is MUCH more qualified to play the statesmanship game. He'd leave the safety issues regarding terrorism entirely up to the UN and take care of those greedy capitalists all at the same time. His stated statesmanlike goal is the intelligent one of encouraging multinational cooperation on multinational problems as Bush 41 tried to do, rather than unilateral invasions on sovereignty of other countries, and the easy lies to the American people to bankroll it all. As Rumsfeld and others indicate, the obvious danger for Americans is creating more terrorists than it destroys. Which is what we are seeing. Dean was attacked for saying we're no safer with Hussein out of his spider-hole. The more he's attacked, the more he's proven right and the more money is contributed. Greedy capitalists aren't a problem. Honest and open regulation managed the greatest expansion in world history, until Bush took over. The problem now is the ascendancy of the anti-American capitalists of all stripes that suck the lifeblood out of American citizens, with the eager help of corrupt politicians selling America for pennies on the dollar.
