Most mis-strikes are worth a premium, unless they are
nearly complete mis-strikes. Also, the more rare the coin
was to begin with, the more a premium you should be able
to receive for the mis-strike, as I understand it.

You might be surprised how much it is worth if it is
considered a mis-strike. But I doubt you could quit your
day job though :-)

I have some interesting paper money in my collection.

Some silver certificates,

several pre-WWI era 100 mark German notes,

a 1922 - 10,000 mark note,

WWII military currency -

a US silver certificate "Hawaii" overprint &

Japanese 5 & 10 yen notes.
