Bush was in office when offshoring started the time to nip it in the bud was THEN. Wow! I thought that would be the ONE thing you could get right, but NOooo. Dizzie, by 1999, I personally new three different people in Atlanta alone operating offshore software development shops in India and eastern Europe, not even counting HP's India operation. If you just discovered it in 2001, then you're not nearly as tech-knowledgeable as you'd like us all to believe - not by a long shot. 2001, Dizzie? LOL. Are you really in the software biz?
