<<IOM, Dell is headed for real trouble. It takes "zero" time to lose one's reputation, and it takes "forever" to get it back. Dell is headed down one long and slippery slope.>>>
Very unlikely. Notice their $449 computer sells to schools for $349. Thats nearly unbeatable whenever finances are in the picture, and they usually are.
The best support from Dell will go first to the large customers-Boeing, the Air Force, the Navy, Ford, etc.
Consumers will have to make do with a standard level of support.
Overall internet sales up 40% this year?
Remind me to buy some Amzn and Ebay.
Cut out the middleman, buy from Dell.
Same old story getting stronger
