Mad Cow...wrought By Bush? Naw. If that were the case, the sample would have been moved by military transport instead of FDA, with spooks involved who could control the sample and testing... <g> It doesn't need to be an overt act of sabotage, it can simply be an act of omission and lack of regulation, ignored and upredicted, or ignored and predicted. Bottom line, regulation of basic food supply is gov't's job, not self-interested industry, and appears to have been a failure.
