Yes.

No.

It's an amusing sophistry, similar to the Bush administration, comparing hard working Americans creating value for Americans, to poor Indians being robbed by Marines. The guy's an idiot.

The globalism choice is simply between who votes for gov't policy, and who doesn't. Currently, corporate votes (read "bribes") carry the day, so profits flow to the corporations and their minions, not working stiffs. If and when that changes, the benefits of American productivity will flow to the working population at large.
