Any Muslim Nation leader that proclaims publicly that his religion forces him to eliminate all non-believers is in dire trouble and now knows it. In the long run it doesn't make any difference. Terrorism doesn't need nation state support to function. All terrorism needs is ideology and some people that believe that ideology. I think the better analogy is the war on drugs. Replace the objective of money with ideology. Where ideology is at least as strong a motivator as money. Are we winning or losing the war on drugs that was started in the 1970's jttmab
