Be careful with WorldNetDaily. They are notorious liars.

Did the article happen to mention that Gaddafi was the first leader to indict Osama Bin Laden and seek an international warrant for his arrest throug Interpol in 1997? Of course not, this information wouldn't be convenient to WND's politcal agenda.

OTOH, they include this lie from a convicted felon:

""The intelligence that [indicated] it was directed by Gadhafi and carried out by Abu Nidal was irrefutable," retired Marine Col. Oliver North told WorldNetDaily.

North is full of horsefeathers. Plenty of people have refuted this claim. Including some who have presented evidence of Mossad involvement in that infamous nightclub attack in Germany.

Be careful who you cite. Some popular sources, such as WND and the Rush Limbaugh show, for example, are simply propadanda organs for ideologically motivated zealots.
