I agree HAIM and I've posted a few times on BBR in the past regarding that. The relations between the two have certainly warmed over the last year or so, kind of under the radar what with Iraq and USD decline etc etc... Funny I agree with Jimmy Rogers typically but I like India a lot more than he does... The caveat for India in my mind being politics and regionalism, are things China doesn't need to deal with right now (in the same way). Bangladesh ? I dunno, haven't really looked much they seem kinda backward to me still.
