your "neck of the woods"

you should have seen it 30 years ago before
they put scrubbers on the coal fired electricity
generating plants up there. 10,000 gas wells are
nothing compared to that... but i'd like to
see care taken to minimize any air pollutants
and it's sad to see the earth scratched and drilled
10,000 times in such a small and beautiful undeveloped
area. probably the worst part is the dirt roads
that they bulldoze to each wellhead.
