When you start calling it 'war' you forfeit honour of status to the criminal, you make him a 'warrior' .... there is no need for this uw, in doing so you only fall into the schemes of the bin Ladens, you hand them legitimacy they could never earn otherwise The job of policeman is as honourable a profession as any, you do not yourself lose anything of value in terming your role as such ..... you will lose a liability you don't need, in the widespread fear that in declaring 'war' you will actually work the situation up into a wartime fervour of massive firepower indiscriminately aimed Why did i 'give you that lecture' - well, thought you'd like to know someone read your posts ... but more, because you used the term 'war', and because you tend to say things like this - 'You and the Muslim Mullahs keep preaching' - see, that's all backwards, you've got the spectrum of humanity split up quite incorrectly .... really i think the great majority of the Rest of Us see all who rant bellicosity as being on one side, with ourselves on the other, defending our security from all of them ..... this means that in declaring crime to be casus belli for war on great slices of us, you might as well put on one of those silly robes and thump some holy book, because you become for all practical purposes a mad mullah
