cg, markets can stay overbought for a long time in bull markets. Furthermore, I would never short a triple top or a consolidation under a triple top. I hope you have a stop at NDX 1460 or something. One thing that's helped me in this market is to throw away most of the bear indicators that worked like clockwork during late 2000 to late 2002. Once they started failing this spring, I could see I needed to change my perspective and accept that something different was indeed afoot.
