the ECB (European Central Bank) is selling all of its Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac bonds due to the problems with the huge mortgage originators’ balance sheets

this is the first i've heard of this. has it caused any change in GSE spreads? you'd think it would.

Bonds acting poorly today -- in the modern world of bubble economics, bonds usually rise when the dollar is trashed.
