yeah I realize it, it is not a brilliant individual, most Berkeley undergraduates in engineering score well over 1300, in my class there were plenty of perfect scores on the SATs especially mathematics. A score under 650 in the verbal area is ok for a foreign student, or perhaps an underpriviledged youth, but for a man of wealth to manage scores like Bush's, it sounds like he pissed off his high school years. Not that I am surprised. Bush is not brilliant. I doubt his IQ is 160. He is no Clark or Clinton.
