I said that to some people here in germany two nights ago, and guess what, they understood exactly what I meant. That's new!

I also asked for a discount at a jewelry store and got one. First time ever in over 20 years.

Anybody got good LONG-TERM USD chart source?

While we had all speculated that this dollar decline would eventually break the US markets, it used to be our expectation that the dollar was going to have a serious accident. Now the decline is underway, and it's starting to look a helluva lot like the 1986-7 decline.
