As I've suggested, the interest rate call is largely in the hands of foreigners and in particular Asian CBs, not the Fed. They will raise our rates (defacto) when they (or their citizenry) tire of having their heads handled to them in the USD collapse. It's obvious even to me, that the US Fed is derelict beyond belief, and is unlikely to do a thing.
