Being a believer does not always equate to such a wish, certainly not in my case since I consider any dominance by a religious institution to be a corrupt practice of the religion (at least of the religions and governments I have witnessed).

I do, however, support the inclusion of moral doctrines that support a principled lifestyle that is based on religious teaching.
