The Bush trickle-down tax code and borrow-spend-spend-spend philosphy gradually starts turning the US into a third world nation economy

Yup, just like in the 1980's, when Reagan even more dramatically cut tax rates (and ran larger deficits in proportion to the size of the economy and federal budget). The result: Tax revenues dramatically .... increased during his eight years in office. U.S. GDP dramatically ..... increased during his eight years in office. And U.S. growth ..... exceeded that of most other developed economies during that time period. The U.S. became, far from a third world nation, the world's lone remaining economic and military superpower.

Now give the reins to John Kerry or Howard Dean for awhile.... then you might see the U.S. inch toward being a third world nation, though even then our underlying economic vitality could probably withstand the punishment they would inflict.
