This may not mean anything, but back in the day (March, 2000), it meant a hell of a lot: cboe.com Equity P/C 0.38? Hmmmmmmm........ IF it means anything (perhaps a big IF), more than likely they will run every MFing stock right up to being ITM, gap them up into that and then sell like mad. THEN if that occurs in the usual week before expiry period, they will not let too many PUTs finish ITM either. Sell a huge gap up, cover end of day and step aside. That has been the only short play that has worked for a long time. M
