Do you have a popup blocker installed?

Yes, but there is nothing in there that I can see that it is related to SI. What is more, I had the exact same pop ups blocked when I tried both IE versions, and I think I even disabled the pop up blocker once to see whether that made a difference, and it didn't.

Edit: I just upgraded back to IE 6, exited the pop up blocker, and this may be solving the problem. Perhaps I exited the Firewall when I was trying things before, but not the pop up blocker.
