I think this is getting close to a civil war. The unknown is how much support the Al Qaeda has among the Saudi population I think the answer is, a lot. The Saudi population has been educated to be very sympathetic to an Islamist outlook. So who do they support, their rightful monarchy, which represents some of the most corrupt and hypocritical rulers on earth, or someone "pure", who really believes what they believe, and left the fleshpots of Saudi Arabia to live in a cave in Afghanistan to follow his beliefs? Put that way, it's not an easy call.
