chinu. You said...." I say fight the war with international co-operation and support. The terrorists across the world are united and have a network. It is expedient that we too do the same."......

Are you suggesting that the USA does not have international co-operation in this war against muslim terrorists????

Wake up chinu. Gees even France stopped flights to LA in an attempt to stop any further muslim terrorist murders.

Even ole moomar has seen the light and is sucking up to Prez Bush. Ya think you will ever admit you are wrong? :-)

I say fight the war with international co-operation and support.

All of these nations gave their direct, or tacit, approval for overthrowing Saddam's regime..

whitehouse.gov

There are over 40,000 non-US troops in Iraq. including some 17,000 Brits. They represent over 27 nations (somewhere I read 60 nations are now participating, but can't find a link for that)..

usinfo.state.gov

Even during WWII, I don't believe there was as wide an international participation involved in the defeat of Germany/Japan, or their respective occupations and rebuilding.

But the reality also is that many of these smaller nations just don't have the resources to commit to participating in Iraq. And the rest have little interest in seeing the UN, let alone the US, alter the balance of power in the region.

We cannot win by antagonizing Russia, Germany and France.

They made their decision as to which side they would take on enforcing the UN resolutions against Iraq. And methinks at least France is slowing recognizing how much in error they were..
