The Company's subsidiaries operate substance abuse treatment facilities in Utah and Virginia, three outpatient psychiatric facilities in Michigan, two outpatient psychiatric facilities in Nevada, one outpatient psychiatric facility in Kansas and an inpatient psychiatric facility in Michigan. One of PHC's subsidiaries also operates a Website, Wellplace.com, which provides education, training and materials to behavioral health professionals, in addition to providing Internet support to all of the Company's other subsidiaries.
