I am hopeful that Humira will continue to be wildly successful. How much can CATG win in court? any news on the court case? Looking foward to a prosperous 2004.

I haven't been watching. Is there any possibility that it could go all the way to a jury, or is there an obligation for mediation.

Sorry if this is a question about old news.

I'd like to see it go to a jury. Abbott, from any angle, is making one big mistake imo.
