I think Bush is an idiot. Just as one example, on economic policy he seems to be following the old Reagan "trickle down" theories and he "forgot" to include globalization in the mix. So when he cashed out the entire federal budget to the high wealth corps and individuals, in an attempt to stimulate, most of that money "trickled" to India and China.

You forget, Dizzie doesn't "seriously think" through what she says, so you shouldn't really expect it to make sense. I do think, however, that she believes it, regardless of fact and reason. ;-)
