thats all idle speculation, and I know that if there were a dem in the white house now, and this kind of budget nightmare were going on, you would be screaming bloody murder. Now you make excuses for "your man", but any objective look at the situation paints a dire picture for taxpayers going forward. Bush's budget of free pork for any corporation that donates to the Bush campaign is an insult to the individuals who created the surplus in the 90s with their tax dollars. I sure want my money back.

Bush is a special interest cash machine just like Gray Davis used to be, but WORSE. Now Arnold, who is a good person and governor, imho is stuck with the bill and struggling. The same will happen to whoever picks up where Bush left off. Bush is the worst fiscal president we have ever had.
