You sound like someone who needs to see a terrorist attack up close and personal to believe they are a threat.

are you saying Clinton spent the entire federal budget on trickle down stimulus?

What Clinton "spent the entire budget on" is mostly the same things Bush is spending it on (actually, Congress spends money, not the president, but let's not digress into a civics lesson, even though you need it). The only truly new spending is homeland security, which was driven by an event less than nine month's into Bush's presidency, and prescription drug benefits for seniors, which was demanded by a large portion of the population and the democratic party.

The amazing thing is that the economy even manages to keep going with the Bush admin's constant bogus terror alerts and boogeymen. The Bush admin wants armed guards on planes now?

"Boogeymen"? Are you suggesting there are no "real" terrorists out there who want to kill innocent Americans?

You'll be the first to scream "Bush screwed up and must be defeated over this" if terrorists hijack or destroy another airliner, so I suppose it makes some kind of perverted sense for you to oppose reasonable efforts at security.
