Larry,
Hi!!

RE: Dell is still #1 compared to whom?

Yes, the others are not even in the same ball park...Yet, we should not forget that "training" is not that easy to come by...Especially at a level where the individual is new to the word work...I have found that most of these individuals are newly hired and need the experience...Once again Larry, it's all about cost and experience and I believe DELL is doing their best to keep up with the demand...
Dilemma...on two calls for tech support I ran into two different individuals from India...One was so hard to understand that I gave up and called back again...The other didn't know the answers to my questions but I understood her perfectly...The next day I called during the morning and received someone in the USA...Bingo...done deal...It would be nice if it all worked this way...Larry, DELL is expanding and knows that world wide the situation is likewise expanding...Language will continue to be a barrier for even the foreigners who call... :o)
HP isn't faced with this "problem" and still they can't make the list...
Happy New Year Larry..

Best, Kemble
