Tuesday, December 30, 2003 05:32 AM ET Printer-friendly version

HONG KONG -(Dow Jones)- China Green (Holdings) Ltd., a major Chinese processor of vegetables and fruit, said Tuesday it hopes to raise HK$192 million from an initial public offering ahead of a listing on the Hong Kong stock exchange's main board.

China Green plans to issue 150 million new shares, offering 90% to institutional investors and the remaining 10%, or 15 million shares, to retail investors at HK$1.28 each. It didn't say what proportion of its enlarged share capital those shares represent.
