Update. After I asked my question I also found you could go to SanDisk's Web Site to view a copy of the interview. Click on Corporate, Investor Relations and then under the Bloomberg TV 2003 All Stars heading click on a file size to download copy of the interview for viewing in either Windows Media format of Real Network format. A copy of a CNBC interview is also available on the same web page.
