The two times per decade someone else pumps my gas I feel terrible about it. Must be this populist bug I've got. Gotta keep a close eye on it.

PS He lives in florida and just got his license renewed for 10 years although he is blind as a bat.

Just ran across this article on new laws and thought of you.
