Frank, You will be glad to know that your buddy John Chambers began the New Year by delaying payment to me of a $20 product rebate. You'll be downright giddy to learn that he made a valiant (though unsuccessful) effort to permanently eliminate his obligation. He sent me a notice errantly claiming that I had not correctly applied for the rebate, no doubt figuring that I would give up. Though it's clear that John Chambers doesn't know me, I'm happy for you that he successfully delayed that drain on cash flow until Q1. --Mike Buckley
