Let's not forget that Oil Slick Dick did $73 Million in oil field services business with Saddam while Cheney was the CEO of Halliburton in the late 1990s. By using foreign subsidiaries (Antilles Dresser-Rand and another tax haven cutout) Cheney was able to violate the spirit of the sanctions against our sworn mortal enemy, Saddam Hussein.
