That is always possible. We have continued bases in Germany, for example, for security purposes. But that is one of the reasons I do not credit your complaints. Obviously we are not disengaging totally next summer. However, we are stepping back and expecting the Iraqis basically to run the country. If we have to demonstrate good faith on the matter sooner rather than later,so be it.........
