There's a huge grey area here:

"Persons employed part time for economic reasons are those who want and are available for full-time work but have had to settle for a part-time schedule."

Some people may be working 32-hours a week versus their former 40, but with full benefits, etc. Others may be in completely different jobs making just over (or even under) what unemployment used to pay them, and with no benefits either.

The other day I heard on radio that a national survey said 80% of now-employed people would like to find a new job as long as they can get the same pay/benefit once the economy is picking up<g> Talk about disgruntled workers<g>
