SU (Canadian oil producer from oil shales) has potential if Saudi Abrabia becomes unfriendly to US or high oil prices.
RTK is making progress in it's gas to liquids. The market seems to be viewing their prospects as having improved. The number of shares keeps getting diluted. There are now over 75 million shares. It is a volatile stock. It's projects move slowly. One question is when will they break even. I consider it a speculative stock.
