I agree. I just want to introduce some unintended consequences of the "FAIR TRADE politics"
Of course China will also place tariffs on US manufactured goods (USA exports to China rose 25% this year,
Out biggest exports to China are food and industrial machinery.)
As too currency manipulation latest data for 2003 show that China trade balance (Current account deficit) is essentially 0%
That means that Chinese currency is fairly priced, it is US$ overpriced
