As the economy expands, so does the tax base. Oh really, and how much of the current tax base comes from wages vs. corp taxes, ever checked that out? Include SS in your wage calculation and you will find out corps pay about 5-10% varying depending on the amt of pork that Bush dishes out. So since we have the highest deficit ever, and a wage tax base that can't even maintain the 150K jobs to sustain, what is it going to take to break even? A 10-fold increase in corp profits?
